3 may

how a morning meditation is hard to hold onto all day
how pieces seem to fit from a distance but fail to work out in upclose reality
how far wild imaginings can run
how easy it is to be wrong and unable to know it
how sad to hold onto sad feelings
how simple it all should be
how simple it all can be

how easy the wildgoose guessing
how at ease the grazing sheep being

how wishful to lean toward mindfulness
how powerful to let go, grow empty

how fearfully we grasp at worrywonders
how silently the stillness waits for us
